When visiting our site we collect no personal data other than that which is required in our forms for services you are requesting.   Any information submitted via Our Contact Page or Forms is not shared with anyone outside our association. We do not sell or provide emails or person information to anyone.

Summits & Ski Event Registrations

Your information is used to allow your attendance, use of the registration forms, and to help us understand and improve your experience. We collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you register, contact us, or use certain parts of the our wbsite requestion information. We do not sell or give away any information collected accept were needed to provide the customer a specific service.

  • to meet your needs at the event;
  • to make a tailored events available to you;
  • to manage any registered account(s) that you hold with us;
  • to verify your identity;
  • to send you announcements about the event;
  • to send you notifications of private messages received through the website;
  • to better understand your needs and how you engaged with the elements of the event, summit or conference;

  • to enable us to manage customer service interactions with you; and

All donations pages and forms use PAYPAL and are secure connections for purchases. We save no credit card information on our site.
